Sebring Front Desk Switchboard – An SAO Switchboard Operator is, oftentimes, the first point of contact that a citizen has with our agency.  Customer service, professionalism, and organization is essential.  Operators are responsible for accuracy in placing and answering calls, remembering names and location of agency personnel, and agency organizational routines.
