Trial Secretary – SAO Trial Secretaries play an essential role in the successful prosecution of cases. They work directly with our Assistant State Attorneys and are the primary contact with victims of crime, law enforcement, defense attorneys, and the judiciary.
IT Database Administrator – An advanced level, full-time IT position analyzing system database software and work to support and improve SAO business functions utilizing Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, and other database technologies.
Fleet Maintenance-Records Clerk – Assists the Records Custodian in maintaining agency fleet vehicles to include replenishing fuel and taking vehicles to be cleaned, detailed and serviced for preventative maintenance; assembling, moving, and maintaining office furniture, equipment, and supplies; performing basic clerical duties for our records department to include file and document maintenance; providing information to the public in accordance with the public records statutes.
